Agree........it takes a good horse to make up that much ground in a matter of strides so not the win or what he beat , but the manner!
Distance will be interesting .....runs like it will go a mile easily ........not sure breeding supports that though!

You don't often see horses travelling over like them that in SA for some reason

Deeno wrote: My take for today is;
Race 1. All the money for Give To Me..should take a power of beating.
Race 2. Call Me Winter should win. This one formed part of my yankee yesterday at 13/10.
Race 3. For me only a 2 horse race... Skyfire and Wind Singer. As Winning Post alluded... Wind Singer very unlucky not to crack a draw. If it was drawn 1-5 , I would have a full go.
Race 4. All the talk is about In Other Words and I have no reason to doubt that. For me Crackpot won a very decent race the last time and therefore had a small separate bet on Crackpot. Wherever In Other Words is, I believe that Crackpot will be right on top of In Other Words.
Race 5. Open race. Include your fancies but I think that the winner will come from 1,2 or 3.
Race 6. Bayern might be right that the handicapper has not caught up with Tripandie but I am in agreement with Craig wrt BB. With the weight turnaround alone, I think this will be sufficient enough to see BB in the winners box. Tipo Tinto my roughie.
Race 7. One O won should be too good but I have this nagging feeling about this race. Include the 4 and the 6 in jackpots if you can.
Race 8. Between Augustina and Apostle Advancing. Apostle Advancing is my preference.

Happy Punting. I am doing my exotics early and taking a drive to the Midlands Meander. (still on holiday).

Not bad. A good day in all.
I even found Roy's Fly. Got the Jackpot for R96.00 but missed the P6 in the last.

I am sure most on ABC would have had a profitable day.
