I think a card that does present some challenges....thoughts :
R2: Favour's Pride look the obvious one, Wishing Chestnut has improved in blinkers, so could challenge the juvenile; 2 of the first timers (Evening Breeze and Mother Angelica) do not have to be superstars to feature
R3: Two horse race between the 2 favorites
R4: Not sure why A Greater Power is so short - form certainly not that great; Amber Flash obvious chance with any further improvement, but for me the real value is Woody Cape - comes out a strong maiden, when improving a lot with a tongue tie; this may be atouch sharp, but I think each way value and a P6 inclusion
R5: Pinnacle Stake where Bichette stand out; Silver Scooter is deadly over the track and trip, but does have something to find at the weights; Shadow ofhis Smile did not enjoy the soft conditions last time and looks the biggest danger imo to Bichette - if Bichette fluffs her lines, there could be a upset here imo
R6: Typical fillies and mares handicap, where Kellie Firth tries the blinkers and looks the one to beat with any improvement; quite a few others with claims; for me the value lies with Elusive Prophecy - has had a few dismal efforts, but if she can return to the form that she showed last year, she will beat these - so not to be ignored imo
R7: Interesting handicap, Penny Serenade very string form and looks the right one, Wukkin' Up has really been 'wukked up' by the handicapper and I think a place is the best she can hope for here; another 'roughie' that speaks to me on the day is Ahlaam - MR has come plummeting down, get the blinkers again and if she can reproduce the form that saw her run half a length behind St Tropez, she could go close here
R8: Another Pinnacle Stakes, where Master Sabina comes back after a rest, even if not 100% fit, he must go close here on ability alone; Rainy Day Blues, had excused last time and could push MS all the way; the longshot to consider here imo is Majestic Bay - ran less than 5 lengths behind Brazuca giving that one 5 kg's and may now be looking for the trip
R9: Competitive looking fillies and mares handicap to close, but fro me I think Lavender Girl has a lot going for her; the danger imo is Gold Cup Girl, who is probably going to 'jump and go' form pole position and could hold one - those two stand out imo
Enjoy

Amber Flash for me, the favourite should be receiving 11.5kgs from Amber Flash and is not.
Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.
