Here's my 2 cents worth. Don't expect to be handed the winner on a silver plate. It is the July after all and with a betting splurge that the July is famous for, does anyone seriously expect bookies who host these panel discussions to be hit hard by thousands of punters?
For what it's worth the word out on the grapevine from last year's panel was go BIG on Majmu!!!

Hi Guys, sorry for the late reply:
A summary:
Deez likes Bela Bela (being Delpech agent he has no choice but to be on her side)
He did however say if Anthony was not riding, he would be very big on St Tropez
Kevin Shea fancies Solid Speed and St Tropez. ( the Marcus factor brings St Tropez into the race)
Mike de kock believes that if there is a pace in the race than French Navy is the horse to beat.
Sean Tarry obviously fancies French Navy. Talking to Sean during the day, he does think that Trophy Wife is a runner if she got in. (Now with Rabada scratched, he has 2 massive runners). He believes It's my Turn is the best from The Snaith yard, he thinks Black Arthur does not stay. He also does not like Bela Bela at the weights.
Spoke to Marwing yesterday, he is very confident of French Navy winning the race.
as the betting suggest it is a very open race this year.
Mikesack, you are 100% correct, last year we hosted a panel discussion and Delpech was very big on Majmu. Again this year he is very big on Bela Bela. I think we expect the jocks to be confident with there rides.
