everybody on both sides should now settle down as the in fighting is only harming the country. Now they, the politicians, must stop the lies and come clean and move on with the process. The country have to know whats in store so that we can prepare ourselves for any hard knocks that are coming.

Politicians cannot stop lies as it would be counter to their nature...

I'm too lazy to check so can some-one help with a brief explanation of article 50 and what a trigger thereof means...

Article 50 speaks about the rules and procedures governing leaving the EU. When triggered there is a 2 year time frame until Britain are not bound by EU law. Basically Brexit only really happens 2 years after article 50 is triggered. Article 50 is very vague so Britain is under no time obligation to trigger the clause so in essence this is going to drag on for years.

Harold Wilson's vision (English PM in the 1960's) of England being a 51st state of the USA may not sound absurd after all. There is talk about Scotland wanting to remain in the EU (which I find amazing because Edinburgh was the favourite city to leave the EU) and so too now Northern Ireland. Well fancy that, a united Ireland and England joining the USA. You've heard it first on ABC.

And so it begins. Cuts on public spending and a raise in the taxes. International companies in the UK who employ thousands of Brits are now considering to up and go. Hard times ahead over the next 5 years

Cameron needs to trigger Article 50 and get it over with! Pointless delaying the inevitable...whether the UK shits now or in 2 years time, same thing! Just get it done already so people can face reality instead of uncertainty! :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:

Johnson is not interested in the British people all he cares about is becoming the next PM. Got news for you Boris, you have no chance. The lies and the spin tricked millions to vote the leave. Yes there are good reasons to leave BUT 90% of the UK people are going to have to bite the bullet for years to come. Britain is over crowded and there are far too few hospitals and schools to cope. There are plenty of jobs to go round. Once the EU migrants leave who is going to build, who is going to fix the plumbing, who is going to drive the delivery vans (amazon will come to a standstill) who is going to work in the supermarkets but most importantly who is going to look after the British sick in the hospitals. With all the nonsense going on with junior doctors pay etc most of them will be looking to work in other countries added to the fact that a large percentage of doctors and nurses come from the EU the future of the sick does not look too bright.
