Spurs will score so hoping that Sunderland score first and then cash out as soon as Spurs equalise but will cash out after 60 minutes if it's still 0-0

No, you take the bet then they decide when you can cash out as they suspend cash out for a few minutes then allow you then suspend depending where the play is. The longer the match goes on and your bet is winning then the cash out payment goes up. The closer you get to the end of the match is the time to do so, timing is the key
