Plenty of teams in the past, including Sunderland, have either won or drawn at Arsenal toward the end of the season to save themselves from going down. By that time Arsenal had already secured a champions league spot so tonight they wont relax although 6 weeks ago we all came to terms that they wont be making the top 4. I still cant see them finishing there. It will make a change watching them on a Thursday night and hopefully progress past the last 16 :lol:

Yes that would be typical. Bayern come 3rd in their group, drop down into the Europa league and draw Arsenal in the last 16 and beat us 10-2 on aggregate again :sick: :lol:

One of the best goalkeeping displays I have seen for a long time by the Sunderland keeper. He will play for England for many a year

When we build our new 60,000 seater stadium,I can't see it having 20,000 punters in there for a Premier League game..No way was The Emirates 2/3 full last night.
