R1 No bet. Gimme Now a watch.
R2 Took an age over this race and not sure I am any the wiser! Without going through it all, I'll chance an e/w on Killala. Set suicidal pace lto and ended up being eased. Despite that some of the collateral form still looks potentially favourable and met some fair sorts through the maidens. Seattle Sunset heads a fairly lengthy list of dangers. Black Jade and Chapel Queen are other value options and Lady Willow will get loose change from box 1.
R3 Count's Quest.
R4 Another tricky affair. Atso Time is probably a different animal on this surface and will be my e/w choice, looks a decent price to me currently. Pataudi heads my list of dangers and Sky Masterson heads my list of naggers! Sudden Surprise must also be respected and I also see some value in the current price, in recent outings he has run close with all three of those who head the market so why he is 3x or more the price I have no clue.
R5 Roman Calamity's scratching has spoiled plans a little. Dutch Harbor is the e/w that interests me but of course is now not the price I was hoping for. Form not bad since arriving in PE, but I have a suspicion he has a preference for other surfaces so there could be plenty of improvement here. The draw is not favourable though and the price not what was wanted, small on the nose it is then. Will have an idiot's e/w nibble on Roman Garrison, has a very long list of excuses and at the end of the list is a 0.5l success over Struben. 40s is worth chancing. Foyle will also get a little loose change (since writing price has dropped big time so had to find some more loose change! lol).
R6 Long list of possibles again. And not for the first (or last) time today the one that most interests is not well drawn. If Ace Antonius can bring his recent turf form to the poly though I think he has a big chance. Off To Gaul marginally headed another dangers list. Another head scratcher over the prices for me is Flying Fellow. Must have a chance back over this c/d, it was only three runs back he was battling it out with 11/4 2nd fav Brave Vision and is now 1kg better off for a 0.5l defeat. At 5 or 6 times the odds I know on which one I will be throwing a couple of rand! Titus is another 40/1 shot I will give some loose change to, form in PE has not been so good but if the blinkers help him recapture his Cape Town form then... won't hurt.
R7 Bella's Empire and Mirror The Moon to fight it out for me, MTM was another whose early price I couldn't quite understand but marginal preference with the draw and Fortune up is for BE. Probably know your fate at the stalls but should she decide to play ball and get away on terms then from the 1 box Fire Dancing looks big to me at 20s.
R8 If not for the draw I would be all over Just Lucky. Been running well and now steps up to a trip that she is probably better suited to. Drawn widest of all though so I'm on it but not all over it! Diamond Dynasty looks the most likely to me to benefit if the draw stops JL with Gift of Gold also in the vicinity.
Be(s)t of luck to all

If Cheyne hasn't got a lot of horse under him he won't beat most jockeys in a finish
