The important thing is that the 2nd horse was going better than the winner and was going to win (commentator thought so too)
on the side view ,it is clear the jock on the 2nd horse stops riding immediately after drawing level.........so..."but for the interference....."

In my opinion it was a small bump close to the finish and Cheyne could have easily ridden his horse out.Since the time he went to Flamingo park to ride for Kotze(hell knows where he is now)when both his horses where backed from 66-1 into single digits(maybe even into favorite)and both won,Cheyne riding there for the first time too,I haven't got much trust in him.
