Because you guys didnt do your job of looking after your product, its marketing marketing but nothing else , oh , and the 3 on abc to try quite the angry punters down.
Wish you did try everything you can to manage your product . Disgraceful to use overwhelming logins as excuse.

No excuse will do, you dissapoint alot of punters on one of the 2 biggest local racedays. I will be one of hopefully many leaving you as client.
