Cant resist. Have to give a reply.

First of all this is a Graduation Plate = 2 time winners to carry a set amount and 1 time winners a set amount. They changed the rule awhile back where after so many runs without a win you will get reduction in weight or something like that.

So heres my take

Rakes Chestnut is a MR 73 and King of Chaos MR 80. 7 point difference = 3.5kgs

Rakes Chestnut is 0.5kgs worse on current merit ratings with King of Chaos. Take into account its Rake Chestnut third run in PE and has been placed in a Grade 1 and ran in the July. That half kg will become negligible in some people eyes. Then you have En Gee Oh, its a 3yo hence suppose to be getting 4.5kg WFA allowance but still carries 60kgs.

So if you studied the form and ratings, it only points to....

Sanctuary lost the race at the start - if had jumped on terms would have gone very close.
King of Chaos finishing best of all after coming wide- not the best of rides
Both nice horses and can be followed next time

stable in woeful order but La Manga last earned at the poly... dropped in ratings from 68 to 52 ... has a draw and form rider - worth consideration
