Not the easiest of cards
Race 2: Main Player has scope for improvement and the 4kg claim should bring him into the picture.
Race 3: The way to play these series races could be to focus on the distance suitability- quite a few look like they would prefer the further distance of the next two legs. Hence Constatine and Beckedorf may be the right two. Missibaba, Roys Taxi and Reactive may have the necessary speed.
Race 4: The King of Random looks the best sprinter. Kahula is the class horse and although she has been running over further, had top juvenile form. Brave and Bold and Roy is Second have good 1400m form and could also be effective over the 1200m today.
We have Royal Agree running- her best trip is probably 1400m, but she has enough speed to compete here and she should be included in all bets.
Race 5: Autumn in Seattle is very classy and is a worthy favourite. Zarnitsa looks the main danger in receipt of 6.5kg.
Race 6: Elusiveenchantment has home town advantage over Jo's Bond and these two classy fillies should fight it out despite top weight. Call me Winter and Miss Varlicious were close up in a similar race last time and could upset. Straat- kind is unexposed but has impressed her two starts.
Race 7: Wild Wicket is my pick in a very open race.
Race 8: If you get this far in the pick 6 you want plenty of cover here.
