Brouguemann is the guy I sometime see scurrying around the parade ring. Come to think about it he runs around quiet a bit in South African racing circles picking purses .. (not the ladies type)... as a punter he is bloody tomcat cos he always gets it wrong especially in the CAPE?

.....who says a bookie has to be a a punter....yes bookies take bets to lay off positions....or with info try rake a bigger profit on a position....so a smart person in DB's job does not have to take a bean out of his pocket....he just has to provide the info.... :oops:
