Question: Buy In Competition KZN season
8 years 1 month ago - 8 years 1 month ago
Would there be any interest in a competition using the exact same rules as the Champion Day competition.... but Buy In R300 and run over three meetings, 28 May , 04 June and July Day ??
Totals carried over to each meeting ....... I am sure excel whiz The Speculator will have no technical difficulties achieving this.
Edit: Changed 11 June to 04 June so we can have at least one Scottsville meeting

Far too drawn out imo. People want to win on the day and not wait 7 weeks for the result.

Chook, how long have you being waiting for the Arsenal to win the Premier League, 7 weeks is the blink of an eye relatively speaking :pinch:

My views,
Some people only get paid the last day of the month, R300 might be stiff.
Alternatively have a competition every leg of R100 with a certain percentage going to the overall winner of all the legs. Even if you miss one of the legs you can still enter but a percentage will still go the overall winner.
July day should have a stand alone competition. It's the biggest day on the South African calender so it will be unwise not to have one. Everyone wants to win on July day

It was still my intention to have a stand alone July Day competition. It would be really good if we could get some decent sponsorship (not hinting at Dave...he ALWAYS does his bit) ...
Also first leg is 28 May 2017 and basically the guys will have the first week to get their money in as there are no payouts until July.
Alternatively we could do 28 May, 04 June and 11 June...... and July stand alone
