The best horse doesn't always win the race.

Looks easy-peasy to start and very hard from the 6th onwards ....
R1: Inn a Million - ran 4.5 lengths behind Al Sahem - and the 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th placed runners in that race all won their subsequent starts - however rested and drifting in the betting after two below par efforts subsequently - so for me Sputnik Plain the value here ... has also been off a while, but his last effort when running behind the talented Star Path very encouraging
R2: Pillaroftheearth finding support and looks hard to oppose
R3: Let It Flow unlucky not to win debut, but needs to jump and not get left around this turn, Dame Kelly and Think Twice the obvious dangers, while the value inclusion in P6 could be Take My Word - fair debut when not that far behind Dame Kelly - not a great draw though
R4: I'm in agreement with many others in that I think Knysna Rose will be hard to beat - biggest danger imo is the juvenile Ancient Code - very good debut - most of the others have some sort of chance to place
R5: Trappy fillies and mares handicap - betting reflects their chances - can't find any lurkers
R6: Very competitive - will need the field to be sure in th P6 and JP imo
R7: Also very competitive - roughie Secret Angel has as much chance as anything imo
R8: Need 5 horses at least imo - Roman Evening, Starcraft Prince, Le Tigre, Dragoon and Salute the Sun - my first choice would be Starcraft Prince - no blinkers today, gets the plum draw and will hopefully pounce at the right time
Enjoy

The "obvious " treble of Pillaroftheearth - Let it Flow - Knysna Rose looks great value at 8-1 on WSB.
But when it looks that easy I'd rather stay away lol

Pillaroftheearth should win but I have steered clear of this one as an outright or multiple bet...
BTW.. your treble is 9/1 on HW

Yes that would be nice - as far as I'm aware, no rain yesterday and the sun is out today - so I don't think it will be soft

In hindsight a 2 year old running against older horses put me off a little bit plus the fact that Marcus might be coming up for that one ride only.
