Usual mid-winter fair - lots of handicaps, so not easy ... thoughts:
R1: Sailor Man has a good draw and has run well enough behind Prince of Kahal - nice idds for an each way bet
R2: First timer fining betting support - meets the blind school, so does not have ti be too good to win this; Jewel in My Crown for the exacta
R3: Shenanigans also takes on the blind school, but no guarantee that he will even go the trip, so very short in the market imo - I'm backing him up in the BP with Miesque's Ramba and Young Eagle
R4: Very competitive fillies and mares handicap to start the P6, not too many without chances and probably the field i needed to ensure reaching the 2nd leg
R5: Rose Water overdue to win, Striker needs to settle her in mid-field from a decent draw and she will prove hard to beat imo; Dawn Flight the biggest danger with Bright Bronte 3rd best
R6: Low level fillies and mares handicap; Tell My Star sure to go close again racing at the track where she has had 5 wins and 2 seconds; Sari looks to have it all to do being a 1 time winner and so does Madam Secretary, all of Lakahal, Cataluga and Burgundy Rose look to have lively chances
R7: Flag of France stands out; I'm backing him up with William Nicol, who has pole position and has won 3 times from 4 tries this trip
R8: Another competitive fillies and mares; Alexa has more to do imo from a wide draw, still she has the class, so obvious chance; Leopard Lily imo the main danger, has a good draw and likes this track; Guns and Roses, Raes' Dyna Jet and Jo Mambo not to be ignored
R9: Unfortunately not an easy close; September Bloom in form, but may be better over further and has not really shaped at this track yet, Zappy Choice can't find a finish no matter what the trip, so that leaves the door open for runners like Miss Turbo, Kahlua Rose, In the Web and Sammi Moosa; if there is a few drops of rain before the race, keep an eye on Matsuri, whose rating is dropping steadily and on her best form should hold her stable mate on the run behind Polly Wolly Doodle
Enjoy

Well done to the connections of Rebuked. 574 days since last win. That's patience and perseverance.
