When a F/t wins a leg of the P6 that horse plus the first raced runner qualify - In an extreme case say 4 f/t fill the first 4 and a raced runner runs 5th then the winner and the 5th horse qualify - It has nothing to do with tote favs

Is that the first timer rule?

If they are challenged why don't they put up , say 10 grand, and get the challenger to do the same. Produce proof to Bob/Dave and then the challenger must pay their 10G to the HCU?.....if the winnings are substantiated..... :S .
