I would be inclined to take the 8-10 head to head Blue Diamond Road against Devil's Peak that WSB have on offer

Can someone please enlighten me here?
The race was not given to Noceur after the race review but Pick 6 numbers on TabOnline show 1 and 9 for that leg.
That keeps me in my small % Pick 6, but I would like to understand the thinking behind it.
