Easiest way to hide one's incompetence is to put the blame onto some one else.

So if he "pulled" the horse then how does the stable justify putting him back on their other horses? Are they just such forgiving nice guys?

He should take them to court and claim back pay/loss of earnings, defamation, poor representation etc. Bunch of flippin wankers...gets my BP up.

How can he ride if this is still in force?......
Mr Semela pleaded guilty to the charge and was found guilty of the charge.
The Inquiry Board imposed a penalty of a suspension from riding in races for a period of 90 days.
Mr Semela has the right of appeal against the penalty imposed.
