So if he "pulled" the horse then how does the stable justify putting him back on their other horses? Are they just such forgiving nice guys?

.....behind the scene we will never know the full story.....they may have gone cap in hand to the Azzie's and made amends....

He should take them to court and claim back pay/loss of earnings, defamation, poor representation etc. Bunch of flippin wankers...gets my BP up.

Mr Semela pleaded guilty to the charge and was found guilty of the charge.

The Inquiry Board imposed a penalty of a suspension from riding in races for a period of 90 days.

Mr Semela has the right of appeal against the penalty imposed.

And the horse wins today @ R16.60, :S

I wouldn't be surprised if he was still paid extra to compensate his riding fees
