can't last - a professional bet if there ever was one- for me placing his horses-well and an agent that has a good racing brain - the ride on Pietro up the rail was superb - younger riders wait wait wait and the gap closes - he pushed through early and used that gap - I can't claim to have been his biggest fan over the years and I have no logical reason for that but he is for me the best in SA at the moment - I am very disappointed with the claim 4kg's and I do hope these kids strengthen up or we will have 5 or so not qualifying

Racking up the winners at the moment. Still some 12/10 available on Betxchange and 1/1 on WSB. With Gavin not riding with the virus at the moment he could be out of reach by the time Gav returns.

Now 5-10

Marcus is no longer contracted to Mayfair Speculators. Currently, he is riding lots more and I can see him challenging for the jockey championship.

Sly, (and with all due respect to Muzi), could you give us his figures without Kimberly (also without disrespect to anyone involved in Kimberly racing)....

Karma, if Muzi got all the rides Delpech gets he will also be close to leading the championship. He does not ride all the favourites like Delpech in Joburg and Durban. Delpech has 35 winners out of his 99 in Durban that is 35.35%. Where Muzi has 24 out of his 68 winners in Kimberley that is 35.29%. It just shows me that every jockey has his track that he targets for winners. So with all due respect in my opinion Muzi is up there with the best if he gets top rides like Delpech does. And I am not trying to say Delpech is bad at all, he is currently the best in the country and he is a top jockey, I am just trying to prove that Muzi is also a top jockey.

If Delpech went to Kimberley Muzi would only have 12 wins

End of July Jockey predictions.

Delpech 195 - 210 depending on rides for MDK,Tarry and Kannemayer
Hewitson 145-160 . depending on Khumalo returning
Yeni murray donmeyer de melo 125 -140
Marcus gunter fourie 115 -130
Cheyne van niekerk lerenia 105 120

Delpech already on 114 winners a good march and i would think he is home and hosed

Sure Lyle will be favourite for the title now with Anthony`s injury?

Anyone know where we can punt on the UK Jockeys Championship in SA? Interbet have nothing... not sure where to find it elsewhere? I see Coral have good price but I’m in SA!!!!

Ragrding SA, from here on, its Lyle’s to lose.. barring injury he should be home and hosed!
