They have the same problems at Ascot UK, but it doesnt help here.
Of course courses have a tendency to have draw bias,I'm not disputing that.Just saying that as someone who does big tote turnovers I won't be doing it going forward in this sort of scenario.Horses drawn on the outside had no chance today.One can adapt on a race by race basis,but that doesn't help tote exotics.
This is not a brain game if form is meaningless due to draws.
