Racing- It's a rush of nepotism

Anyone ever heard of Penquin? To enlighten those like myself who had never heard of these guys before, this is a advertising agency. These guys have landed the RIAR account, and boy don't we know that this needs all the help that it can get.
Meet the Managing Director of Penquin. Her name is Veronica Wainstein. After fighting off hundreds of applicants in a tender for the business, her agency must be shit hot. In her own words:
I have been in the industry for what feels like 100 years and I live, breathe and die Advertising. I am fascinated by business strategy, figuring out how best to speak to people to get them to buy our clients brands but mostly just learning what makes people tick and pushing them to grow. #FunFact I fell in love with marketing as a kid and can still sing the Jingle to the 1990's Phillips appliance ads. - Managing Director
Gotta love it.

Did I mention Tellytrack?
By the way Bob, RIAR proudly displayed on Penquin website as a client.
Principle remains regardless of past or present.

The fact that they make no attempt to even conceal their corruption is what amazes me. No sense of ethics at all.

If people can hammer the government on corruption (and rightly so), then the private sector must be hammered too

Sadly the industry is fraught with corruption. Number of owners benefit from dubiously awarded tenders and contracts. Latest relegations just some more to add to the disappointing list.

I have eyes
But I don't see what I don't like
I have ears
But I won't hear what I don't want to hear
I have a memory
But only remember what's convenient
I have thoughts
But I keep them in safe cages
I have a mind
But I refuse to change it
And so, you see
Let rhetoric over-rule logic
Let fake news obscure truth
Let corruption replace propriety
Let bluster confound reason
Let nepotism overcome merit
Let democracy be obliterated
As long as I don't have to admit I was wrong
But I don't see what I don't like
I have ears
But I won't hear what I don't want to hear
I have a memory
But only remember what's convenient

Does not matter who runs RIAR(nepotism is a problem but if the family are doing well for Racing then I can live with that) to me as long as they get people involved but from the disaster of Heritage Day and others I would think the whole concept needs to be looked at as declining attendance shows the current approach does not work.
