Had a weird dream last night about Master Switch, Master Switch ducked in sharply into a horse Marcus was riding and both hit the rail and came down around the bend
Maybe a good omen instead, will be looking forward to the Mayfair Spectacular colors of MS fighting it out with the Mary Slack silks of OI at the finish :woohoo:

I take it this will be the thread for Saturday, if so, any early thoughts/fancies? See Hollywood opened the betting on races 3 to 8 which is good. Early interest or betting adjustments R4 for San Fermin (7/2 into 28/10), R8, Nother Russia (11/10 into 1/1).
San Fermin's debut win was something to behold and in a strange way, scary, the manner in which she won. If she has shown expected improvement, no doubt we will have a new favourite later in the week.
Nother Russia also appears to have a lot going for her having won 4 of 6 races over the 1600M, so her MR would be a truer reflection over the distance, whereas others with high ratings were not achieved over the 1600M.
Decent value bet on the day, R6, Ideal Secret (10/1). If you consider he now meets Big Bear (18/10 favourite), 3.5kgs better off for a 3.20 length beating, there shouldn't be such a big discrepancy in their respective prices. Chances are Ideal Secret is looking for 1600M and further.

Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.
