i suspect tv rights have them constrained - but the RA should put pressure on them - also horses leaving the course back to Randjes are stuck in traffic for ages - start at 11 finish at 4 ...

i bet if there was a rule that said if a race was not run due to weather then stakes would be distributed to equally to all horses carded , racing would start earlier and we would miss very few races
