I thought I could take it easy and just select from the top five on the boards --- just goes to show you cannot get away without looking at every horse in the book..........

It's a pity the 9 is at 6/10 ---- looks like one of those certainties ---- but I hate certainties cause they rarely arrive - would be a shock loser though!

An old man on the track once told me --- if you can find a way to qualify favorites, and only play the qualified favourites you'll be ok -- he had some rules about the horse finishing 2nd lto out, blah, blah
that favorite reminded me of that fella. It was not allowed to go over 1.90 no matter what the rest of the betting was doing. --- as soon as it went over evens, that was snatched up as well.

Dixon stable impressing lately :)

I don't know if Pathway to Glory can improve on it's last run , but if it can should be the one!

Ginger Biscuit has the exact same profile as Master Sam here....While Zadora coould have beaten it last time out, Gb was not cherry ripe that day, and will have come on even further --- Zadora keeps me from a full wager on Ginger Biscuit. De Melo -- just has to repeat the master sam ride
