So far off last runs Captain Kangaroo and Wellspring look evenly matched - Wellspring is tuned to the core and ready to run.....Captain Kangaroo if not extended last time out and just holds form, can be there --- if , not likely, he improves --- will be a tough runner.

There isn't really value in calling this race.

I can't have Chief Soux, but there is is something interesting about him.......

From my initial assessment - Wellspring was fine tuned --- but I thought Captain Kangaroo would be flat --- he actually held himself together quite well
give him one or two runs to recover and he'll be a nice runner somewhere down the line.
