The 087 number is paid for by the client making the phone call. We previously had toll free and sharecall numbers, however due to the constant issues and unreliability of these lines we had to discontinue them.

Thanks Dev.Can you please try and tell your operators to keep the people on hold as short as possible if they can't resolve the issue.Yesterday I phoned about a soccer GG and was kept on hold for 16 minutes only for the lady to tell me she has to inquire with another department.Remember that's nearly R50 for something that wasn't even resolved.

may I ask - the Maties match last night, did you pay on the "result" 19-0, or void all bets?

the match was abandoned after 49 minutes

The game should be scratched if there was no result, unless there were markets were a result had already been determined. Normally we wait 24 hours before scratching events, should they resume within the 24 hour period. I will follow up with my team now with regards to this match, but there should be a refund on the full time result and handicap markets.

why not create a whatsap contact - caller can send either a voice note or msg an you get back to them - suggest a clear format - acc no bet query etc - i find more people thanever are contacting me via this medium rather than calling and wasting time

They do have a WhatsApp line MrH... The problem with this, is you can wait up to 24 hours for a response... And that is no exaduration.... Your message gets read after a couple of hours, only to be replied to with total silence....

As Karma mentioned, we do have a Hollywood Whatsapp line. However the volumes we receive via this platform is massive, and with Whatsapp's limitations, you can only have two people at most responding to questions. We actually recommend to client's to rather contact us via Facebook, where we have more users monitoring incoming messages and comments, and our response rate is a lot faster. A phone call allows for instant service, but for those looking at a less costly route, then I recommend connecting through Facebook, and more specifically private messaging.

Chelmsford race 1. Tab shows 8 as 4th. Cleared. UK sites show 6 as 4th.
Can Hollywood dispute or not pay out as per official TAB results and payouts.

If so how will they determine correct dividend?????

We are currently awaiting the official result. We can't pay on an incorrect result as it is not fair to clients with legitimate winnings bets. I see someone else has already started a thread on that race and hopefully the issue will be sorted ASAP.

We will payout when confirmed.
