Chelmsford Tonight

Race 5: Poet's Prince(4) 1-1 He has been in good form scoring over 1600m at SOUTHWELL after a rest then followed a good fast time 2nd to LUNAR ECLIPSE over the same course 3 weeks ago. His danger is Blackheath who is better over 1400m not 1600m. So Poet's Prince to have no dangers here and win this quite confortably.

Race 6: Related(1) 3-1 Has plenty of ability and will be difficult to peg back turning for home from his good draw over 1200m. He won three times last year, but he’s on a favourable mark on the all-weather – having raced exclusively off marks in the low to mid-90s in previous years, he is now eligible for 0-85 events, despite two big runs off his revised mark.
Related won off 83 at Kempton in October, despite being drawn in stall 11, and again ran a huge race over the same course and distance on his return from a break last month; he made the running at a brisk pace, kicked three lengths clear 2f out and faded into third only in the final 150 yards.

He’s only a pound better off with runner-up Dark Side Dream, but that rival had the benefit of a previous outing that day and Related has much the better of the draw today. He has form at the track (runner-up from stall 14 last time he ran here) and he should run a big race from stall two here with Luke Morris back on board.

Good Racing!!

Tamaara 17/2 and The Juggler 2/1 double 27/1 and singles. Fancy Tamaara against the odds on as stable usually have their first timers ready to race without the usual crap like "needs the run" or "will run green" or the favourite thing "needs extra"

Magi you have got to stick with UK racing now as you are getting to know the trainers jocks and tracks. The season will kick off big time from next week as the weather is now only going to get better and the tracks will be just fine. Some great racing coming up over the next 6 months by which at the end of you will either be a king or join me in the poor house.

Thanks buds .... I really appreciate the UK racing. I begrudge the money I waste on SA racing while waiting for the racing to start...

That said..I was watching Dillie Dally in the first race... after 400 metres I could see it is a cart horse
