I turned 18 just before the 1994 elections so got to vote for the first time with my parents and have therefore spent roughly an equal amount of my life under both regimes intent on pursuing a nationalist agenda (with the accompanying creation of a thieving elite) rather than improving the lives of the majority of people of this country...

People, of all hues, just want a decent job to be able to provide for their families, educate their children so that they have a better tomorrow than today and live in peace and security - life is tough enough without being proxy fighters, among ourselves, for the narrow agendas of politicians who secure their positions through division - whilst the population is focused on this, they are helping themselves to billions that we all contribute to improve the lives of all of us and future generations - they are the real enemy...

We all lost something due to our past but if we are to keep pursuing this game of whose scorecard has the greater total, we will never move forward to improving the lives of the generations to come - the malice we show towards others will end up poisoning our own futures...
