Frodo, if Coral Fever and Gold Standard do not run don't all the weights go up as published today even if under sufferance. Happened a couple of years ago that was why Abashiri carried 59 kgs and not the 57 kg max for a 3 year old colt or gelding.

Not sure where they get 54 - Made to Conquer is set to carry 53 kg and if Coral Fever runs he will be out at the weights at 53 ....

@Shrek - as I read the conditions 'the handicapper will raise all weights proportionally ... should the top weight be less that 60kg at final declaration' ..... so if both Coral Fever and Gold Standard come out, Abashiri at 115 will go up from 58.5 kg to 60 kg .... which would mean that a runner like Made to Conquer at 102 will be set to carry 53.5 ...which would mean that he would no longer be under sufferance ?
