Local racing stakeholders are being played !
This Corporate entity appears to have a malevolent agenda and it may not be coincidence that all these shambolic events are being allowed to happen as “restructuring” of local racing is being contemplated.

So why didn't the entire race meeting and results be abandoned? Was an uneven tracked suitable for 3 races, and for those results to be upheld? If this is the decision, make is consistent and render the entire days meeting NULL and VOID.

Oh wait, then the punters will be entitled to a full refund for 3 races! Nobody wants that... Pardon me.

i would appreciate it if you also call out other "harsh"comments regarding jockeys pulling races etc that are being insinuated on a daily base here

“However, Andrew and I then took two horses and raced them over different parts of the track and the course held up well. At no stage did either horse stumble and mine felt safe under me.”

The decision was then taken to stage the meeting at the course.

“Obviously it is embarrassing that we got it so wrong but it was a bad judgement call from all parties,” said Sampson. “Unfortunately, our tracks have taken a pounding this winter and we don’t have many options. I have helped out about 50 times on these issues and it is the first time I have got it wrong. The fact that Andrew did not scratch any of his horses tells you he was quite happy to race.

Did mydada read the article (I just quoted a few paragraphs)??

wbm its ironic you using Phums statement for any sort of argument
besides how can we get told before a race is run that the jocks doubted they will see the meeting through ,There is no mention of a gallop or a track report on the Thursday
