Absolute scenes at the Cup... We could do with some

.....been to many a Met and as many July's...and a Summer Cup or two.....in the days of value and exceptional racing with real racing people....taken my wife to a Met once and one of the better racing experiences with the Cape Breeders Club in 2006.....was also on course with my Japanese boss the year the cars caught fire next to the track 2000 and the Goose almost got cooked.....but ever since events companies have taken over to turn it into a money making opportunity and drawing the throngs of revelers.....quite happy to park off and watch from the comfort of my own home.....

In those days the racing enthusiasts were also gamblers and had no other punting opertunities

Now there is too much “ better sport “ on tv and other activities

Yikes...if I want to look at drunken p***y I will go to a club/pub not to a race course...for the life of me can't the operators bring back horse racing to the courses :whistle:

clubs and pubs would hoof you out if you behaved like that...reminds me of rag at varsity but the people not dressed up like that at rag...
