I agonized long and hard before posting my daily best bet double ... as they dominated the card. I hope I settled on his two winners for the day...but am not holding my breath, but the money is spent.

This bloody Lerena must be called into the stewards room and warned about riding out to the line. Punters play up to the 4th place.... quartet players are being screwed. This is the second time today he has dropped his hands when beaten and before the line

Lerena looks good on these "pointers", the other 5 rides were pretty ordinary, is he not overrated, on a card where he was to "clean up" he's won on a 6/10 shot !!!!!

Correct ... down the straight he is better. In my opinion anyway.

Just returned from a family outing at the Big T - apart from the outrageous price on drinks (R29.50 for a beer, R34.50 for a Savannah :ohmy: ) , we had a nice lunch and took a P6 (mostly chosen by my son) ...... things were going swimmingly until the 8th, where he had Comaneci, but not Running Brave .... only 3 runners (one of which was Greasepaint) in the last ..... div of 55k + .... imagine it would have returned in the region of R200k had Comaneci got up
