The reference to "Chicken"Moore is something I don't understand.As the two horses mentioned today are being ridden by Ryan Moore.

Is this name arrived at by judgemental personal experience of raceriding or possibly by loss through your pocket.
I see that Moore is still engaged as Stable jockey for one of the two biggest Racing organisations in Europe,if not the world, headed by Aidan O'Brien who would only engage the best around.

durbs was asking me a question what he failed to do is put a coma between the words chicken and Moore

I believe there should be a comma inserted to read as follows:, Chicken,(referring to Chicken n Chips who is a great Ryan Moore fan) Moore rides both Switzerland and … can he win on both
