Im sure it does not take two years to learn how to feed and work a horse as at the end of the day you all feed the same food and work on the same tracks so all of equal ability it is just the quality of stock you get to train.

1st time u forget to pay the feed supplier?
1st time u forget to pay the vet bill?
1st time u dont pay ur grooms?
1st time it rains for 7 days non stop?
1st time a patron does not pay his bills on time?

2 years not enough.
