I think that if thats the case then the match will be resumed tomorrow but if not then scores on the comp can only be given if the match has a positive result, if the ICC say it was a match. So the team batting 2nd has to have faced a min of 20 overs before it can be constituted as a match.

According to what I have read, there is no extra day reserved for group matches, only semi final and final, each team will receive 1 point each if the match is washed out.
