Chicken to make it fair, I hope you are only going to allow changes to players after each round of matches are played, ie. After all teams have played one, two, three matches are played, rather than after individual matches, thereby opening up the chance of a player bringing in a player who still has to play his first match, for a player who had already played his first match.

Good idea Thor ok I will add to the rules that the first change can only be made once all the teams have played at least 1 match each (some teams like SA play twice before everyone has played their first match)
