Seems they where expecting more than maybe a place.
Apart from Ziets,I don't think any trainer in Flamingo will actually tell the public when they got a good thing going for the win.
The betting is there for everyone to see so what they get out of giving those comments I really don't know.
Unless the horse improved leaps and bounds in the last few days since the comments where given,I don't think it shows the trainers to be very transparent.
