I disagree as I think that the quality of jocks that he rode with today are not the best around!

Race 2
Paul Matchett
No 11 Donderweer - Will need the run

Week in and week out we see things like this. There needs to be implications. Do they not realize that they are driving distrust in the game, chasing punters away, and leading to the downfall of the industry.

This is what somebody had to say about in sportingpost.......
Frankie Zackey…there’s no ways I can be upset with Paul Matchett’s comment about his runner in Race 2 will need the run…I fully put the blame on the presenters of tellytrack had he done his job properly he should have gone to Paul in the ring and ask him has there been any improvement from the time Computaform asked for your comment I bet my last dollar Paul would have said yes he put up much better work earlier in the week…trust me the right money was on Matchett’s horse a good proper hiding did certain bookmakers get…tellytrack for the umpteenth time wake up FFS you should know that lots can change in a week…Well Done Paul

So either this guy is a master trainer who can get a horse from needing a run to tip top shape in a few days,or his comment was to deceive bookies into believing his horse wasn't ready so the opening price would have been higher.
