A head separating what could have been a brilliant ride into a very average ride.
Strydom just couldn't place the Youcanthurrylove where he wanted to be so did well to get second really but virtually impossible to win when racing three wide over 1600m.

For sure the draw had plenty to do with it,but have you never seen a jockey overcome a wide draw?
Surely one off the fence would have been better than three wide.

Kool Baikal trading at 3 times the price of Exion, and yet there should not be a lot between them on their runs behind Bouncing Tigger, KB also holds Christopher Robin (better further ?) on their runs behind Oyster King ..... so Kool Baikal the each-way play for me B)
