Just imagine a tote being run like ours in HK or Singapore,racing would come to a standstill.
It's actually embarrassing an organisation like this is fighting to be the only betting portal in a country.

.....our tote systems were done on the cheap.....mostly supplied with 2nd hand Amtote terminals and software from USA with patches from days of Moses.....the operators rather than budget for a new wold class system continued to plug and patch these old systems and are left in the dark very much like ESKOM....instead money was spent on lavish trips to check out what Hong Kong Singapore and France were doing right....not that it mattered they were merely window shopping excursions as there was never a budget nor plan in place to replace the sh!t we sit with....:ohmy:

Aussie racing today... Quartets on offer for some regions.. Pools are going up, but try and take one on tabgold and they do not offer the bets... Wtf... Clueless....
