The betting moves should be a clear indicator to the stripes something untoward is taking place especially to odds on favourites to protect the public scratch the horse , every rule seems to be subjective in horse racing anyway and why shouldn't this one carry, the rules of the exotic bets are the most unfair to the punter, any other exotic player swingers trimester etc would have allowed the punter to change or cancel thier bets

Just imagine the skullduggery that would go on if betfair was legal in this country.
Our racing is not policed well enough,the old cliche 'that's horse racing' is a good enough excuse for most things here.

There simply isn't anything in any vocabulary called " an alarming drift" in horse racing it's actually quite obvious as someone knows the reason
