Prior to COVID, the French Exotic Pools only should reach good limits if it was a stand alone meeting.
This is a good comparison.
On the 4 March 2020 in Hong Kong Race 1, the Trifecta pool was R14 311. Today it only reached R3000 odd. That was almost a drop of over 75%. If you punting at the moment you should consider yourself fortunate as money is really tight due to COVID.

Top trainer Andre Fabre has only a 8% strike rate in the last 14 days compared to his usual 22% so don't go too mad on his runners as he doesn't seem to get his runners 100% ready after a break.
His odds on in the 1st race ran 3rd in a four horse field and in the 2nd his horse was the first one beaten.

Andre Fabre a master trainer with very wealthy owners and he has no need to push his horses.
I follow Godolphin all around the world and James Cummings in Oz has been prolific in turning out winners along with the Japanese. To date this year Godolphin have 213 winners,,with next to no runners from UK,Ireland,USA,France etc .
Maybe Telemarque will go in ...R4 .12.40 Deauville.

I understand he doesn't have to push his horses but they seem to be a little bit too unfit as seen again in the third race when his horse, the favorite, ran 2nd to last.
I rate trainers who can bring a horse back from a break in winning condition and not always have to use races to get it fit.
Those are the trainers I think are the most skilled.

Stiff there Farawaysaint.
It maybe just needed one extra gallop in the morning and it wins.

Don't often get 4/1 a place with a Godolphin horse.
