In retrospect...but the problems with testing and results and time...we probably have to be more pragmatic...and less critical and condemning...
I personally think that it has spread beyond "areas" so trying to isolate is becoming increasingly more difficult...financial circumstances is what determines a lot of our habits...we need to keep perspective, stand together, and be tolerant...the shoe changes foot, very easily...

Surely the jockeys should be tested at least twice a week similar to the footballers in the UK !!!!!!!
