I'm no rocket scientist, but I think the answer is a simple of course NOT.

Punters are way better off this Durban July than other important people.
At home I can drink what I want, eat what I want and even dance to a song that I want whilst watching the races without having to even think about a wearing mask
Whilst stocks last

The forgotten horse It's My Turn..... ran in 2016 and 2017 July..... decent runs... Now after 2 years layoff... connections have persevered and he takes his place again..... This time it's RACE OVER.... they not gonna catch him...... DK has this one primed to FIRE.....

Some interesting views - imo ... It's My Turn really not that impressive and is not the horse he once was - could not beat a moderate lot last week in a race where he was weighted to win easily; Capoeira will have to start today with that jock  ; the two Snaith fillies upset material, especially Miyabi Gold from a good draw, as Silvano's Pride will probably be setting the pace and unlikely that all the experienced jocks will be caught napping; Soqrat, not for me - on their last runs will be hard pushed to beat Tierra del Fuego, who is a bit of a dark horse; Bunker Hunt - imo can''t beat Belgarion at the weights - Vardy - not sure about the 2200m
so for me - given a half-decent pace ....
1st - Belgarion
2nd - Rainbow Bridge or Do It Again
3rd - Do It Again or Rainbow Bridge
4th - Bunker Hunt or Vardy
Others to consider for the top 4 - Miyabi Gold, Tierra de Fuego, and Golden Ducat, who still for me will beat the other 3 yr olds - and if Eric Sands can get hold of a decent jock, has a serious top 4 chance
What a year

Hi Dave
To answer the question on the site regarding the box at greyville.. They have allowed suite holders to attend for the last 2 weeks but have to sign indemnity forms that no alcohol will be consumed. An email came through last week that suite holders will not be allowed on July day and the only place open is the view room ( Max - 200 people ) with preference given to owners who have runners in the big races.
