Of course a lot of luck involved - but I feel somewhat vindicated - as I considered 2 runners for my pick in Race 10 - decided to use the one in this compo and the other one in the Punter's Challenge - no prizes for guessing what my other pick was - it was Infamous Fox ....

Well done to all for participating, our sponsors and our main man (The Organiser Magi). Stay safe all and lets hope racing gets better too.

Thanks for the Comp guys, i must say a complete stuff on my entry no 2. With all honesty i wanted infamous fox to be a double, but fair is fair and as per my first entry Vardy was the double in brackets.

At least i back infamous fox in the last to cover up my money.

Hello Sly - not much of a strategy - but with the points allocation as is, it does not really make sense to go for the short-price favorites - rather try to find those longer priced runners with chances; obviously the one that won me the compo was Temple Grafin - she was my 3rd choice beyond the 2 obvious ones - I ignored her last run (blinkers probably did not suit) and her form before that saw her run 1.50 lengths behind Clouds Unfold and Celtic Sea in the Majorca - none of the others in the field had the form to match that .... and even a place would provide a better return than a win on either of the to hotties .... the rest one just try to find the best form vs odds - and make your choices from those .... then I like to double the last race because at least one then always has a chance of making up the ground .....

Mostly just my lucky day though ....
