Why don`t you try one of their instant EFT methods (3RD party) or buy OTT vouchers

Well tried to log on yesterday to see if the voucher from my compo win was reflecting - could not log on - sent a message for assistance - still waiting

Have had some very negative feedback of Hollywood from a couple first time punters trying to withdraw there small winnings from July Day , reflects badly on me as i suggested that the open a hollywood account in the first place , you know what they say about good intentions

Just remember something guys. The only reason you see what seems to be many complaints about Hollywood is because they ACTUALLY respond to them on this platform. I can only imagine what the other bookmakers would see given the same? Sure Hollywood is doing the best they can given the situation we are facing. To be fair, they don't do themselves any favours by having a poor chat help on their site, which should be the final resolution step to all these issues. I've personally waited half hour only for nobody to join the chat. If they can get that right I'm sure everyone will be satisfied.

Just saying it, as it is.....Saturday after July meeting, made a withdrawal.......then again Sunday after MAN. UNITED game - made ANOTHER WITHDRAWAL - NO PROBLEM.

....have not paid out on Singapore race 1 and race 2 already run.....giving the tote okes and TT a run for worst daily performers....:S

....Race 1 Singapore still pending but all too quick to post race 2 results before tote all clear....wake up and payout for race 1.....:whistle:
