@tnaicker posted ''''"QPPBJoe's way are allegations with no evidence and he (and his family members are) innocent until proven guilty but deem DJT (and his family members) guilty of the allegations against them until they prove their innocence...""
That sums up bayern, cnc306 and company 100% !!
Magi, when have we said DJT is guilty - the man has not been into a Court yet.
TN knows his statement above is absolute shite - that's an emotional statement, i'm surprised you agreeing with it. Point me to where i have said he is guilty for whatever crap TN is referring too - please.
That is the statement of a confused person, who doesn't know which way is up.
@bayern...my original statement was directed at what @cnc wrote...he seems to have the inside track on DJT being in jail in the near future...

TNaicker there is no doubt whatsoever that Trump will spend time behind bars. He has between 12 and 24 lawsuits ranging from a rape case to obstructing the course of justice, collusion with the Russians (still investigating) and keep in mind that he was along with Prince Andrew, big mates with Epstein and Maxwell who appears to have bail set at $30 million. Next year the news media will the number 1 show
New YOrk state case for tax evasion and tax fraud minimum sentence 10-24 years. One minute after midday on 20th Jan they will come for him as his immunity as president falls away.

So why is Magi painting me with the same brush. In all probability Trump does have some legal challenges coming his way, if Biden is sworn - do you disagree with that.
Forgot, is CNC not entitled to an opinion - time will be the judge of the opinion.
Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.

What if in a gesture of healing Biden's first order as President is to pardon Trump - If I had President Biden's ear I would tell him to do that as it would change the dynamic and sway liberal Republicans and even confuse the hard-core right...

You've hit the nail on the head, even the supporters on ABC have no sense of humour.
The other day, Craig Pienaar posted a Participation Certificate because Man Utd did not make it through to the next round of the Champions League. Lionel did not see the funny side, yet, it is what it is, they didn't advance to the next round of the competition and it's not the end of the world. I don't see the point of being upset, if you can't laugh at yourself, what's the point of living?
Bayern, for the absolute first time in my life, I have been accused of not having a sense of humor!!!
Anyway, go see my response to Craig P again. I laughed, and then gave him the dry look. That, to me, is a positive response to his post.
I'm sorry if you did not get it...its probably a generational thing

Won’t work Mr H, as Trump fans believe that he has done nothing wrong and if Trump does accept a pardon then that in itself would be an admission of guilt thus proving that he is a crook

Posting two emojis, is proof of nothing - i truly believe you have no sense of humour. Posting childish lines doesn't make you funny either - that post about Mikesack with odds, really?

Mr H, the problem with doing this, it opens the future to abuse and corruption by future Presidents, because they will all be expected to be pardoned and that would set the wrong precedent right now. Biden did indicate he would be prepared to move on as if nothing happened (Trump's legal issues), but he doesn't get to decide whether Trump faces prosecution or not.
