@bayern...you've taken the actions and intentions (by your analysis based on the make-up of the crowd) of a tiny minority of people who were at the Capitol that day (and an even smaller proportion of pro-DJT / anti-Democrats, MSM and Hollywood policy agenda supporters) and imputed it to all...in your worldview there is no space for individualism of thought...everyone has got to be with the herd narrative...and us "Indians" that you have called out must know our place and on whose side to be because of the colour of people's skins...sorry, I'm not on that plantation...

Middle America is dominated by middle class to poor "Whites" so they will be in the majority at any protest held by that group of people...just like one would find a majority of persons of African descent at an ANC or EFF protest and will likely be led by a person not of African descent...
You are unlikely to see a person of European descent lead a BLM protest / riot...maybe an Antifa protest / riot but unlikely a BLM one...

Everyone is trying to protect / advance their self-interest...be it the elites or the poor...the elites and rich, of all hues, are trying to protect their privilege but the status quo suits them just fine...in fact, even more restrictions on and control of the masses suits them even more...lockdowns don't seem to have made much difference in infections and deaths (see California and New York compared to Florida) but has seen the biggest transfer of wealth from the middle classes to the rich at any time in history as savings are obliterated, jobs are lost, small businesses are closed and more people are dependent on the state for their daily survivial

And the elite have the politicians now that will do their bidding...with incoming Demcorats, US likely to see removal of cap on state taxes (introduced by DJT) that were allowed as a deduction from federal taxes...biggest boon to the elites...likely that a $1 million dollar earner will see a $100000 benefit...but the middle and lower classes won't benefit anywhere to that extent on a relative basis...will likely have to pick up the shortfall through increases in their taxes...guess those high earners big donations to Democrats will be paying off...

I have no fight with you, @cnc or any one of us fellow Clanners...just the policies advanced...and I've stated my previous dislike for ANC policies and, with the Democrats being so similar in policy, thought, deed and word to the ANC, I oppose them also...

@bayern nice one is that all you have left I figured you from previous posts to be well informed and able to make an argument based on facts as you see them and be able to debate without animosity. Not all Republicans are far right and not all Democrats are far left so basically you can't support Trump and not be a white supremacist if I read your gloves off statement correctly. So there are 70 odd million white supremacists in USA. There have been approximately 300 arrests( might be a lot more) for the attack on the congress and each will face his / her day in court with the consequences of their actions as well they should . This discussion thread was Donald or Joe for next president and the outcome has been decided.
