I have to agree with JD - and as I said they seem to have tried to balance the sentence in order to minimise the attack on the stipes vis-e-vie 'Fortune Witchunt' and keeping Andrew in the saddle due to his personal problems.
My only question being do you think that this has illustrated weakness witin the much maligned system? Or has it shown flexibility in the way said 'sentence' has been passed?
