.....website giving hassles ....very slow.....not accepting bets have to log in and out.....very problematic..... ozz race showed closed with 15min to go.....sorry cannot imagine what it will be like later....so back to the tote I go......:whistle:

Now what should we do when the call centre folks says they have escalated the issue and my acc hasn't been regularised? I hate this inconvenience Hollywood has caused this past week. Pathetic service!! Very poor!!!!

I'm issues trying to make a withdrawal. This actually my first time winning a nice chunk of change so I'm was excited. But now I'm just annoyed. When I'm trying to make a withdrawal it keeps saying "Please upload FICA documents" but I did all of that when I opened the account. And then after that submitted my banking details. When I check my profile all my personal information is there and correct. I have no idea what's going on

Got in contact with Hollywood on twitter, sent in my details again. Even emailed support, still unable to make a withdrawal. This usy so frustrating. I thought there were Hollywood reps here on the forum.

Agree, very poor show from Hollywood today, missed bets, double bets, you name it, very very unfair that money has to be lost t due to their shortcomings
